🐢 Microsoft Office 365 License Agreement Keeps Popping Up

A. User. Created on October 11, 2018. Outlook save-as dialog box keeps popping up ? - O365 / several users. We are running O365 and within the last 2 weeks we have started having issues with users reporting that they get the "save-as" dialog box popup while working in office - the popup is always trying to save a random email from outlook. Old email address keeps popping up. I thought "Janine T." had solved my problem, but not. Every so often, I get a window saying not all my Microsoft accounts are logged in. So I follow the prompts to "Fix" the problem, and I,m asked to sign in with my Microsoft password, the one associated with my OLD email address. Skype for business keeps popping up for me randomly and the icon in the taskbar will flash yellow. In addition, I will be working away and typing, and suddenly whatever I'm typing will have been typed into the Skype search bar because this application keeps bringing itself to the front of my work. Simply clicking "x" on Skype does not work, as I followed the instructions and the necessary files were successfully installed on my laptop. The problem is that now, whenever I open an Office application (Word, Excel), I get a pop up message that says" Renew your subscription: to keep using your office applications without interruption, please renew by January 25, 2016". It is very annoying. Outlook 365 (newest build) keeps asking for credentials? 2023 Edition! I am so done with this issue MS. I have a user whose Outlook keeps asking for his credentials repeatedly, yes the credentials are good, yes his MS account credentials are working fine. It just keeps popping up the dialogue box, accepts the credentials, and 3-5 seconds later Which means that the license will not stay permanently on your computer. To verify the expiration date of the license; Open the command prompt as administrator. Type the below command and press enter. slmgr /xpr. Windows script will pop-up and will indicate the date of the expiration of the license installed on your computer. Regards, Kevin B. Report abuse. Go to Control Panel --> User Accounts and turn-off User Account Control (click on Change User Account Control Settings > Never Notify > OK) Restart your computer, start an Office program, accept the EULA, restart an. Office program to make sure EULA doesn't pop-up, go back to User Accounts. and turn User Account Control on, then Outlook starts. It loads the profile, but then it goes into an infinite loops of ''work or school account'' pop-ups. Sometimes simply closing outlook with task manager fixes it, but most of the times we either need to delete the Identity through: Computer\HKEY_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common and then delete the Identity folder. 1.Open an Office application such as Word, click Help menu> Check for updates to open MAU first. 2.Right click MAU in the dock and click Options > Show in Finder. 3.Right click MAU file and click Move to Trash to uninstall it. ( Note: you need to quit MAU before uninstalling it.) .
